On Friday, the Upper Juniors were celebrity interviewers for the morning! Using their imaginations, they had to think about what they would ask a celebrity of their choice if they had the chance. The children chose to interview many different people and find out gossip and question their interviewee on fictional rumours! From Psy and rumours of a Gangnam Playstation game to David Attenborough retiring, the children thought of interesting questions to pose to their chosen celebrities.
This week, I have chosen two Dragon Writers. Firstly, I selected Emily who worked really hard on her interview with Jessie J. I was impressed with Emily because she really thought about what she already knew about Jessie and asked questions relating to bullying, which she learnt about during Anti-Bullying week.
Secondly, I was impressed with Josh. He worked patricianly hard on his own target of writing more and, as a result of his motivation, he wrote the most he has ever written during a Big Write. Well done, Josh!
