Intech Visit
In November, Key Stage One visited Intech science centre and Planetarium, near Winchester as part of their Day and Night topic.
They enjoyed exploring the ‘hands on’ exhibits and found out about science and technology in the world around them.

However, the highlight of our visit was the Planetarium show. We found out some amazing facts about the Earth, Moon and stars. Projected onto the curved dome above us were the stars and planets, providing the feeling of being in space and creating a sense of awe and wonder.
Have you ever been to Intech? What did you enjoy most and why?
It was really great seeing what the year 1 and 2 children did on their trip. I would like to go one day.
I remember going on that trip. Due to the fact I love discovering new sounds in addition I love standing on different shapes and they make loads of noises.
I remember going to Intech, I enjoyed it so much that I forced my family to go with me again, twice! It was really fun though, and I was really intrigued by all of the science. In fact, I think that is why I like science so much today!
I remember going to Intech it was so fun it looks like everyone enjoyed it there I hope they did all enjoy it .

I remember going to Intech in Year 1/2! It was so much fun and clearly remember the ‘hands on’ exhibits! However, I did not experience the thrill of watching the show in the Planetarium due to the fact when I went, it was being built!!

I’ve been to Intech before and its amazing! It looks as if they had a brilliant time in the spectacular science museum!
I can remember my trip to Intech in year one. I haven’t been there much since. Such a shame. I hope the infants had as much fun as all us juniors had in the past. And the teachers.

Wow I remember doing that when you go in year 5 and 6 you will look at people doing that and you will remember that day.
Wow it looks amazing I remember going there and having strange pictures fly over my head I hope you weren’t scared of the dark anyway your all to brave to be scared of the dark if you were you are like me when I was your age.Also I love your picture you looked like you were having a great time! 🙂 🙂

When I went to Intech I had so much fun! It was really interesting to learn about all the different things! 😛
I remember when I travelled to Intech but mostly everything had changed.But I’m sure everybody had fun and loved it. But, out of curiosity did Grace B go to Intech and when was it. 🙂 Did you all have fun?
I remember when we went to intech ; it was so fun. Looking at the pictures it seems like the infants learnt so much. When the new infants go there they will enjoy it so much!

I remember that trip it was so fun.
I recall that fabulous trip, and even though I had a slight issue at the beginning, I soon forgot about it and lived the trip! I especially loved the Planetarium, and am hoping to go in the Summer Holidays. I think it’s been renamed now, but I’ll know it when I see it!
