Well done to everyone who participated in the rise and shine. It must have been nerve- racking for those who went up on stage. I noticed that as I was walking down to the outdoor classroom some of the parents were joining in as well. I hope everyone had a good time and enjoyed them selves. My personal favourite was probably Jia ho because it was the one I learnt and candy because the enthusiasm in the upper juniors face was just amazing. I loved all the different actions and the jumping up and down. Well done to everyone because you all tried your very best. Well done to all 🙂

I was really disappointed when I remembered that I had to help at a recorder lesson at half past eight on Wednesday morning followed by recorder group A at five to nine which meant that I could not participate in the Rise and Shine. I really hope that on the coming Wednesday mornings I will be able to join in! Have fun!

I totally loved dancing along to rise and shine! Doing the morning exersize on wednesdays reminds me of my old school back in southbourne due to the fact every thursday morning, my year 3 teacher would set up the speekers out side the enterance door to the school and encouraged all pupils and members of staff from the school to join in and copy the teacher at the front in doing the dances!

I have a good idea about how this started: last year i was a school councilor and suggested this as a idea which I magpied frim my old school! Also Mrs Bartolomeo used to teach at my old school. When she became a teacher at hordle, I think that she tried to encourage tjis idea due to the fact we both enjoyed it at Stourfield (my old school and her’s). I loved it and thanks to everyone else who also enjoyed it!!!
