KS1 Born in a Barn!

What a week we have had down in KS1! Β In preparation for Christmas we have been performing our Nativity ‘Born in a Barn’ to the rest of the school, Grandhordles and our families.

Born in a Barn reminds us about the real reason behind Christmas – the birth of Jesus Christ. It also tells of Mary and Joseph’s journey to Bethlehem and all the visitors they encountered in their stable on that magical night.

The children did absolutely fantastically, as not only did they have to learn all of their lines but also all the words to the songs. They all looked amazing in their costumes and performed beautifully, and were all a real credit to the school. Everyone was very proud of them!

Finally, everyone in KS1 would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas!
